Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Venue:
The Promotion is held at the Karavansaray Turkistan Shopping and Entertainment Center, located at:
Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkistan City, B. Sattarkhanov Avenue, Building 14.

2. Prize Fund:
The prize fund of the Promotion includes:

2 certificates with a face value of 1,000,000 KZT each, with special conditions for use within the Karavansaray Turkistan complex.
"Special conditions" mean that the Winner, accompanied by a representative of the Organizer, must redeem the certificate to purchase goods and/or services from any store in the Karavansaray Turkistan mall.
Each transaction in a store must be no less than 50,000 KZT.

Hotel stay certificates:
• August 7 – 3-night stay at Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty
• September 7 – 3-night stay at Rixos Borovoe
• October 7 – 3-night stay at Rixos Astana
• November 7 – 5-night stay at Rixos, Turkey
• December 7 – 5-night stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh
• January 7 – 5-night stay at Rixos Dubai

3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion runs from 10:00 AM, August 7, 2025 to 4:00 PM, January 7, 2026 (Astana time).

4. Prize Drawing Procedure:
The prize drawing will be conducted through a random selection of coupons from a lottery drum, in the presence of mall visitors and members of a commission determined and approved by the Organizer at Karavansaray Turkistan.
The drawing will be live-streamed on the official Instagram page: @karavansarayturkistan

5. Eligibility:
Any legally capable individual aged 18 and above is eligible to participate in the Promotion.

6. How to Participate:
To participate, a person must make a single purchase or use a single service from tenants of the shopping center totaling at least 30,000 KZT on the same day.
Receipts must then be exchanged for Promotion coupons at the promo booth located inside the shopping center.

7. Coupon Issuance:
Coupons are issued upon presentation of:

Fiscal receipt(s)

Sales receipt(s)

Bank card payment receipt(s)

8. Ineligible Receipts:
Receipts for purchases made using gift certificates, from bank branches, ATMs, payment terminals, as well as duplicates/copies of receipts and other documents (e.g., slips, screenshots, etc.) are not accepted for participation.

9. Attendance at Drawing:
The physical presence of the Winner at the prize drawing is not required.

10. Claiming a Prize:
Winners must contact the shopping center administration within 5 (five) working days from the drawing date and provide:

The winning coupon

The original receipt(s)

A valid identity document

11. Prize Limitations:
Each participant may receive only one prize. If two winning coupons belong to the same participant, they will receive only the prize of higher value.
Prizes cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into cash.

12. Winner Announcements:
Winners will be announced on the official website www.karavansaray.com and/or on the official social media pages of Karavansaray within 3 working days after the drawing.

13. Identity Verification:
A prize will not be awarded if the full name and/or IIN (Individual Identification Number) on the identity document does not match the name and/or IIN listed in the submitted coupon.

14. Taxes:
All taxes and other mandatory payments related to the prize are to be paid by the Winner to the Organizer, who acts as the tax agent, in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to Article 158, paragraph 1 of the Tax Code, lottery winnings are taxed at a rate of 10% for residents and 20% for non-residents.
